厦门市思明电影院简介

    厦门市思明电影院原名思明戏院，由华侨曾国办、曾国聪于1927年投资兴建，是当时厦门市首家既能放映电影又能演出戏曲的戏院，由于归厦华侨常聚于此，因此又被当时称为“华侨俱乐部”。1952年思明戏院正式改名为思明电影院。此后历经改建和扩建，并最终形成了现在全省规模最大、设备最先进、装修最豪华，集电影厅、大型商场为一体的现代化、多功能电影院。
    思明电影院内设五个厅，一个电影大厅，一个电影小厅，一个数码小厅，两个影视厅。电影大厅共设565个座位，全部安装豪华航空软席，宽敞舒适；采用国内最先进LED双红光、DTS立体声系统、安装国内最先进的5535M-5模块整形放映机、CP650解码器、德国进口镜头、超大无缝银幕。
    思明电影院与青少年宫合作兴建的白天鹅娱乐中心有限公司位于市青少年宫内，设有全省作大的室内滚轴溜冰城、台球城、乒乓球、以及健康足浴馆，格调高雅、布局新颖、环境幽静。
